Product: Chassis fairing assembly

Goal: Create a single container for Mack Trucks to replace the multiple boxes and corrugated containers that had been used to ship the seventeen parts of the chassis fairing assembly.

Previous Packaging Material: Boxes, crates, corrugated.

Pak-Line Solution: Pak-Line Mack Truck Pack. A strong, reusable, stackable pack that could accommodate either driver or passenger side parts, keep all parts from touching each other, and, hold all the parts so that the last part in could be the first part out to begin the assembly process.
